HOW MUCH IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend booking 3-4 business days in advance (5-7 business days during high season March to July) to secure a preferable date. At times, we may have last-minute cancellations and can accommodate clients the next day.
HOW LONG DOES A TYPICAL PHOTO SHOOT TAKE?
We require 50-90 minutes to set up and shoot, depending on the size, lighting and layout of the property.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
We will process, edit, and publish your photographs on the next business day by 6 p.m. For video services or commercial photography, you will get the photos ahead of the video (which will be uploaded to the same tour links within 3 business days). For Friday shoots, you will receive your photography the following Monday by 6 p.m.
WHAT IS AERIAL OR DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY?
They are aerial view is shot with a drone. Stallone Media is licensed, insured, and our photographers are also Transport Canada approved pilots.
HOW MUCH NOTICE IS NEEDED FOR A CANCELLATION?
We require at least 48 business hours' notice for canceling or rescheduling due to us having turned away other bookings. If a booking is cancelled after this time, a $75 cancellation fee is charged or deducted from the refund. For commercial shoot cancellations within this time, the fee is $500 for the all day shoot cancellation.
Rescheduling Due To Weather
Photo shoots will continue as scheduled as long as it is not physically raining/snowing. If precipitation is present, we can shoot the interior and understand that the seller has put a lot of work into getting the property ready for the scheduled shoot. Yet, a revisit fee of $75, for traveling and re-set up, is applicable for us to return to do the exterior photos at the earliest available date. Another option is we can reschedule the entire shoot to the next available time slot, at no extra charge.
WHY DO CUSTOMERS NEED TO PAY UPFRONT?
We allocate time for our photographers and staff to provide the services, thus need to pay them once a service is booked. There are also numerous costs that we incur to set up services, such as tour hosting costs.
